Fees and Payment

The cost of this year's Annual Meeting will be €50 (£43) to cover the cost of food and our venue. This is only applicable to in-person attendees. We hope that this cost is feasible, and that bursaries will be able to support those for whom this won't be possible.

EMEYF offers support to Friends who need it in order to attend EMEYF gatherings with travel and participation fee bursaries, enabling everyone to attend regardless of their financial situation or the financial situation in their country and/or (Yearly) Meeting. Bursaries can cover (parts) of travel costs, participant fees, and are available for sustainable travel costs.

Bursaries are handed out on the basis of need and are open for application to experienced EMEYFers as well as newcomers; for members, long-time attenders and people who are new to Quakerism alike. Please read the Bursary form for more information, which you can access from our website https://emeyf.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/how-to-apply-for-an-emeyf-bursary.pdf or by emailing treasurer@emeyf.org. The deadline for bursary applications is the 4th of October.
