Spring Gathering is already on its 5th day!
Some of us went for a long walk on Wednesday afternoon. We enjoyed the sunshine, hiked up and down forest trails, and gathered wood for the campfire.
Along the way, we had lots of deep conversations about helping refugees, finding one’s way in a complicated world, and our experiences with multilingual communities like ours.
The program continues tomorrow with a meeting for worship, a workshop on nonviolent communication, insights into peace work, talks on political activism, and presentations on the global activities of young Quakers.
Dear Young Quakers, you give me hope for a better future.
