This is an invitation of the Quaker Council of European Affairs. QCEA works to bring a vision based on the Quaker commitment to peace, justice and equality to Europe and its institutions. We seek to build support for humane, non-military policies at the EU level, both inside and outside its borders. We do so in the spirit of peaceful cooperation which forms the foundation of European politics. We have been based in Brussels’ European Quarter since our foundation in 1979. In June 2024, there are EU elections. Join QCEA for a webinar on Thursday, 22nd February, from 19:00 to 20:15, as they delve into the intricacies of the EU Elections and explore the intersections with Quaker concerns. This online event is designed to provide you with knowledge about the upcoming EU elections and explore how you can effectively communicate your concerns to the candidates.
Are you curious about the key issues at stake in the EU elections? Do you want to play an active role in shaping the discourse around these matters?
