Yesterday I had a conversation with a Friend. He called me on my way home from work, which in this case meant a 15 minute walk, a 7 minute tube ride and another 10 minutes walk.
It got really deep because we have known each other for a few years and have shared a lot of our lives lately, on very personal issues.
When I got on the tube, there were definitely too many people to continue the conversation in this way. So I suggested we have a mini-meeting for worship. Silence in the midst of busy life, no one around me knowing what was going on.
It was a very intense time that we shared in this way and we really enjoyed it. It brought us to another level of communication and fellowship and enriched our connection.
